Last week got away from me, and I wasn't able to post much. My mom and aunt were in town for a short visit, taking in the sights, including joining us for Mouse's first Disneyland visit.
When asked what her favorite part of her visit to Disneyland was, Mouse replied: the parade, the big
scary drops (Pirates of the Caribbean), and seeing the people climb the
tree (Jungle Cruise).

It is so much fun to experience a place like that with a little one!
ReplyDeleteKathy - Mouse had such a fun time! I wish we could afford season passes. It would be fun to go more often.
DeleteI LOVE Disneyland. I know it like the back of my hand, and yet I can always find something new every time I visit. I am with Mouse. I like the people climbing the tree on the Jungle Cruise as well. It's funny what they remember huh? Did she see the Tiki Room? My daughter and son loved the Tiki Room and the Dole Whips when they were her age.
ReplyDeleteTi - I do too! My husband is really into the history of the park and knows all the ins and outs. When he was looking through some old papers, he discovered we'd last been there in 2005. We had season passes at the time.
DeleteWe didn't make it to the Tiki Room, unfortunately, but that's on our list of things to do the next time we go to the park.
Fun times Wendy. I think Mouse looks like Mommy:)
ReplyDeleteDiane - It was fun. :-) I think she's so much cuter than I am! LOL
DeleteCute, cute, cute! There's nothing like that first trip :D
ReplyDeleteJennifer - You are so right. Seeing her eyes light up and taking in everything . . . We had a great time.
DeleteWhat wonderful memories you will have from this. Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteKathleen - We took lots of photos to capture the memories. :-)
DeleteSounds like a wonderful time! What a cutie!
ReplyDeleteIliana - I had wanted to wait until closer to her 3rd birthday to take her, but my mom and her friend made it impossible to pass up the opportunity to go when we did. It was a fun time. :-)
DeleteWhat charming pictures. Looks like you had a lot of fun.
ReplyDeleteErin - Thank you! We had a wonderful time. I hope we can go back. There's so much we weren't able to do and see this time around.
