Orphan Black is on my list this week as well. I am in the process of binging it. I love Stranger Things and Miss Fisher so very much. Great choices!
ReplyDeleteAlicia - I need to get back to it! I haven't yet seen the final two seasons. I've seen the first two twice now though. Miss Fisher is so good! I was reluctant to start it initially and now am kicking myself for waiting so long. Stranger Things is awesome. Thanks for visiting!
DeleteSupernatural, Buffy, and Doctor Who are a some of my favorites!
ReplyDeleteLauren - I have a definite soft spot for sci-fi and supernatural shows. Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteHarry Potter is definitely a wonderful book to binge watch. Great list. My TTT
ReplyDeleteChrissi - I love the books and movies. :-) Thanks for visiting!
DeleteOrphan Black- YES!! Love it. I miss Helena :)
ReplyDeleteStranger Things is awesome of course, and yay for the Lord of the Rings movies!
I missed the boat on Buffy but should binge it one of these days.
Greg - I miss Helena too. Maslany is so talented. She carried the show well. I hope you get a chance to watch Buffy someday. It's a bit campy at times, but addicting. Thanks for stopping by, Greg.
DeleteNot a big TV watcher, but I do love the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit movies. LOTR made my TTT this week too!
ReplyDeleteBrooke - The Lord of the Rings movies were so well done. I love them almost as much as I love the books. Thanks for visiting!
DeleteI don't watch any of these shows, but they sound awesome! Maybe I'll look into them.
ReplyDelete* TTT: 10 feel-good TV series to binge-watch while studying/rewriting notes
Shealea - If you do watch any, I hope you like them! Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteMiss Fisher made my list as well! Such a great show. Of course Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter are great. Here is my Top Ten Tuesday.
ReplyDeletePoinsettia - I love Miss Fisher. I wish I hadn't waited so long to start it. Thanks for visiting!
DeleteI loved Supernatural through season 7 or 8... but after that it just lost interest for me. I'm a huge Buffy fan and have binged it numerous times. Charmed I've binged twice now :) And of course Harry Potter is a must! Great list!
ReplyDeleteBerls - Supernatural did get a bit weird there for a bit, but I am loving it again. I'm on season 13 right now. I think every show has its better and not so good seasons. Charmed is fun, isn't it? So is Buffy. Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteThe only show on this list I've watched is Stranger Things! But it is sooooo good, can't wait for season three!
ReplyDeleteEustacia - I am looking forward to season 3 as well! Thanks for visiting!
DeleteOrphan Black was on my list this week too! I did watch Dr Who, kind of dropped off in the later Matt Smith/Peter Capaldi series, but I'd quite like to check back in now that Jodie Whittaker is going to be the Doctor.
ReplyDeleteMy TTT: https://jjbookblog.wordpress.com/2018/09/04/top-ten-tuesday-175/
Jo - I need to catch up with Doctor Who. I'm behind, but what else is new? Orphan Black is so good. I'm behind on that one too. Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteI don't follow any TV shows and rarely watch movies at home. I get too distracted by chores that need to be done.
ReplyDeleteKathy - I am the opposite. I get distracted from chores by TV, movies, and books! Haha
DeleteAh Charmed and Buffy are SO good. Love Stranger Things as well. And of course the HP movies.
ReplyDeleteEach Thanksgiving evening, my family has a tradition of making a charcuterie type cheese board with leftovers from the turkey dinner and we try and make it through the LOTR trilogy - although we all fall asleep during the first movie LOL
Sarah - That's too funny about your attempted LOTR marathons.:-) That sounds like us. Thanks for visiting!
DeleteLet's see - I've loved Charmed, Buffy, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and Miss Fisher. Did you know there is going to be a 'new' Charmed? Not sure I'll watch as I'm not really up on how it might or might not fit in with the original.
ReplyDeleteKay - I heard about the new Charmed. I'll probably catch it if it hits Netflix in a year or so. Hopefully it will be good. Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteI'm actually binge watching Charmed again right now. I'm undecided about watching the reboot of it. But I'm willing to give it a chance. I do agree with that Harry Potter movies are awesome to binge watch. I think this is the year, I'm going to get the Littles to watch them during Christmas break.
ReplyDeleteTina @ As Told By Tina
Tina - My daughter loves Harry Potter. I hope your kids will too! Yay for Charmed! I enjoy the show. I'm curious about the reboot, but not sure when I'll get a chance to watch it.
DeleteOrphan Black and Supernatural are both very binge-worthy, as is Buffy! Great choices. :)
ReplyDeleteLark - All fun shows! Thanks for visiting!
DeleteOrange is the New Black is one of my favourites too! I may have to rewatch it again since I finished the last season in two days :)
ReplyDelete- Louise
Louise - I still am two seasons behind, but I am sure it won't stay that way much longer. :-) Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteI am not good at keeping up with TV. I watched like 4 episodes of Stranger Things and liked it but haven't watched more. I am working my way through Game of Thrones which is unusual for me.
ReplyDeleteCarole - I often will binge watch while blogging on my Friday mornings. It does take me awhile to get through a series. I have only seen the first season of Game of Thrones. Maybe one of these days I'll get around to the rest. Thanks for visiting!
DeleteHarry Potter! Yes! I’m actually watching the final movie right now. I put them on while I’m blogging because I love them and never get tired of them.
ReplyDeleteAj @ Read All The Things!
AJ - I love those movies! We are always watching them around our house. Thanks for visiting!
DeleteLord of the Rings! I've watched it SO many times but could still watch so many more! Love those movies! Great list! :)
ReplyDeleteAshley - I love those movies too. They are so well done! Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteThat's a great list, Wendy. I know I'll never get tired of Lord of the Rings Trilogy and the Harry Potter series. :)
ReplyDeleteMelody - I don't think I will ever tire of them either. Thanks for visiting, Melody!
DeleteAWESOME list!!
ReplyDeleteErica - Thank you!
DeleteI can't believe I forgot about Charmed. That is definitely a bingeworthy show. I need to check out Orphan Black and Doctor Who.
ReplyDeleteSuzanne - It's a fun show. :-) I forgot a few I really like as well. There are too many. Definitely give Orphan Black a try if you get the chance! It's so good! Doctor Who is a bit of an acquired taste--a bit campy--but a lot of fun. Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteAwesome list! I love Buffy the Vampire Slayer too!
ReplyDeleteHere’s my TTT!
Ronyell @ Rabbit Ears Book Blog
Ronyell - Thank you! Buffy is the best! I hear they are going to make a reboot. I don't know how I feel about it yet. I will give it a try though. Thanks for visiting!
DeleteMy hubby and I love Dr Who!! This is Us is very binge worthy. I watched the first 2 seasons in less than 2 weeks.
ReplyDeleteEllen - Doctor Who is a favorite in our house too. :-) I haven't seen This is Us. I would like to someday though. I hear it's really good. Thanks for stopping by, Ellen!
DeletePretty much all the things on your list this week are things I love. One of my all time favourites though would have to be the Lord of the Rings. I love committing to a full weekend binge and watching the extended editions.
ReplyDeleteMy TTT https://wp.me/p3ftwe-WS
Jazmin - I will only watch the extended versions of the Lord of the Rings movies if I can help it! I love those movies. Thanks for visiting!
DeleteOrphan Black is so, so good! Sad it's over but I think it ended well at least. One of these days I really want to watch Sense8, everyone seems to adore it! Sadly, I never could get into Stranger Things- and I have tried SO many times, finally I just had to accept that it was never going to happen and move on haha. Fabulous list!
ReplyDeleteShannon - I hope you like Sense8 if you try it! It's not a show I could watch in front of my 7 year old, but I really liked it. Thanks for stopping by, Shannon!
DeleteCharmed! I miss that show.
ReplyDeleteAnnemieke - It was a good one. Thank goodness for DVD's! Are you going to watch the remake? Thanks for visiting!
DeleteI loved the Lord of the Rings movie. They were really fantastic but I don’t know why many around me don’t like them. Because of the length, may be? ♀️ What can i say about HP movies? They are fantastic.
ReplyDeleteI love Stranger Things. Eleven is my favourite character I want to start Supernaturals for so long but I don’t know if I would like that show now or not, considering it’s quite old
I watched 4 seasons of Orange is the New Black but then Iw as kind of bored. But I have to continue it for sure.
Lovely list!
Sim - The Lord of the Rings films are long, so that may be why. I do love them though. They are so well done. And I love the story. Same with the Harry Potter movies. I love the books of both those series as well.
DeleteEleven is probably my favorite character too. I can't wait for the new season to come out. Supernatural holds up well time wise for being such a long running show. I think it's the supernatural element that helps with that.
Thanks for stopping by, Sim!
GREAT choices, Wendy!! :)
ReplyDeleteI really don't get a chance to watch much TV, as I come home around 10:00 PM at night, so I don't know some of the shows you've mentioned. I have been wanting to watch "Buffy" for the longest time.... I guess I'll just have to buy the DVDs, unless I can find syndicated episodes somewhere.
I also need to find out more about "Supernatural" and "Charmed", as I'm not sure if they're still being produced, or have gone into syndication.
As for movies, "The Lord of the Rings" and the Harry Potter movies are DEFINITELY my favorites, and yes, PERFECT for binge-watching!!
Thanks for sharing!! Hope you're having a GREAT Saturday! HUGS TO YOU AND MOUSE!! <3 <3 <3 :) :) :)
Maria - Thank you! I watch most of my television through Netflix or Amazon Prime, so can watch anytime I get the chance day or night. We got rid of cable and have no antenna and so have no access to live television anymore as it is.
DeleteBoth Supernatural and Charmed are both in syndication.
Thanks for visiting, Maria. I hope you are enjoying your weekend!
And an editor at our June conference turned me on to "Gilmore Girls." It took over my life for weeks! lol
ReplyDeleteDonna Marie - I have seen a few episodes but it really hasn't grabbed me. I do want to continue with it eventually though. So many people love Gilmore Girls.
