My Top Ten Tuesday topic is the The Ten Most Recent Additions to My Bookshelf. Gift cards to a bookstore can make the best gifts for a booklover like me. I most recently got the following that have been lingering on my wish list (the photos are linked to the Goodreads page for each book):

by Lydia Kang & Nate Pedersen
Book Love by Debbie Tung
I'd Rather Be Reading: The Delights and Dilemmas of The Reading Life by Anne Bogel
Stella by Starlight by Sharon M. Draper
Monstress, Volume Three: Haven by Marjorie M. Liu, illustrated by Sana Takeda
Monstress, Volume Four: The Chosen by Marjorie M. Liu, illustrated by Sana Takeda
Dreyer's English: An Utterly Correct Guide to Clarity and Style by Benjamin Dreyer
Dreyer's English: An Utterly Correct Guide to Clarity and Style by Benjamin Dreyer
Romanov by Nadine Brandes (e-book)
The Sixth Victim (Constance Piper Mystery #1) by Tessa Harris (e-book)
Find Me Their Bones (Bring Me Their Hearts #2) by Sara Wolf (e-book)
Have you read any of these? If so, what did you think? What books have you recently added to your bookshelves?

I've got Find Me Their Bones but I haven't read the first one yet. I've heard it's good though, other family members have been raving about them. :) Romanov looks good too!
ReplyDeleteRomanov was on my list too! I hope you were able to take advantage of the sale.
ReplyDeleteAll of these books are new to me!
ReplyDeleteI love books about books so have made a note of both of those. My favourite books about books are Howards End is on the Landing and Jacob's Room is Full of Books, both by Susan Hill.
ReplyDeleteQuackery sounds like such a good read.
ReplyDeleteMy TTT .
Book love was such a cute graphic novel. You wilk recognize yourself in it
ReplyDeleteAll your new books sound amazing! Quackery caught my attention and I've heard lots of good things about Dreyer's English. I hope you enjoy all the books!
ReplyDeleteI've read I'd Rather Be Reading and loved it. Loaned it to several and they loved it too. Quick read, but one that had me nodding my head over and over. Have heard really good things about Book Love and it's on my list. Hope you enjoy all of these!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you had fun spending your gift cards! Book Love stands out to me.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to see you got Dreyer's English, Wendy. I really enjoyed reading this book. Hope you'll enjoy the other books, too!
ReplyDeleteThe Book of Love looks so cute!
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome list. Quackery and I'd Rather Be Reading sound great.

Ah, Book Love and I'd Rather Be Reading. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI have Romanov on my Kindle cause I grabbed it when it was 1.99. I think The Quackery looks awesome. I need to check that one out. I hope you love all of these and I bet you're thrilled they are now yours!
ReplyDeleteI haven't read any of those. I agree about giftcards, I love getting them for the same reason.
ReplyDeleteOh, I'm jealous you have Book Love. I really want that book, too. :D
ReplyDeleteA gift certificate to a bookstore is the best gift ever! I don't know most of these, but Sharon Draper is always a good bet.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read any of these but there are a bunch I want to read! The Anne Bogel book, Book Love and Romanov are all especially calling my name!
ReplyDeleteI see Find Me Your Bones! I really enjoyed that one, Wendy! I hope that these are all winners for you!
ReplyDeleteMy first thought when I saw your list was what an amazingly eclectic list you have there - you could recommend each to a different reader. Love it! Book Love is the only one I've read - it's fast and fun! Of the rest, I'm very interested in I'd Rather Be Reading and Romanov.
ReplyDeleteI really would like to get hold of the Bogel book. Sounds intriguing.
ReplyDeleteQuackery sounds interesting! Here is my Top Ten Tuesday.
ReplyDeleteOh, how I love bookstore gift cards! My husband refuses to give me those as he says (and he's not wrong) that I have too many books!
ReplyDeleteQuackery is one I'm super curious about! I do love history of medicine stuff...
ReplyDeleteFind Me Their Bones and Romanov are also on my TBR. 🙂
I just added Romanov to my kindle too. We must have caught the same Amazon sale, lol.
ReplyDeleteBook Love looks wonderful. Love the cover! There are so many new books in your list, at least for me. Gosh, I definitely need more shelves at home *lol* Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteI still have some gift cards to use so I'm looking forward to going back to the bookstore soon. You got some great books. I loved Book Love and hope you will too. That is one I should add to my personal library.
